Default e36 LS1 swap?

TL,DR at bottom.

One of my roommates is a BMW nutcase and we were joking around last night about cars. I brought up swapping an LSx engine into a BMW and he just was like "why the **** would you do that?" I brought up the fact that it already handles well and that BMW engines really don't have many mods that can severely increase their power, so, swap in a LS1 and have the best of both worlds: great handling and tire-shredding power. He still thinks it's asinine.

So I go to Barns and Noble in the mall today (just moved, exploring the area) and I find a book:

"How to Swap GM LS-series Engines Into Almost Anything" by Jefferson Bryant
CarTech book, S.A. Design (series?)

I open the book up and flip through it and, low and behold, on page 33 I find a section on the Vorshlag BMW E36 LS Swap kit.

I read into it, seems like a pretty cool swap. Light car (~2500-3500lbs) tons of power and a swap that takes no major mods to get the engine in. Just buy the kit, bolt the stuff in, runs some wiring and hoses (easier said than done) and off you go.

What I'm posting about is if anyone on here has done this swap or knows of any links I can find to read up on it.

Reason is, I'm planning to replace my 06 Grand Prix with an LS 4th gen Fbody or pick up a second project car for an LS swap within the next year or so. I'm tired of not having the power I want and not having RWD. Make no mistake, it's been a good car for the almost 3 years I've owned it, but I really want an Fbody or something similar.

TL,DR: Vorshlag BMW E36 Swap Kit. Anybody seen one or have links?

There are several LS1/E36 builds in this forum as well as the conversion section on bimmerforums.
