Yeah, normally I would agree with you, but since this is my daily driver and I have 3 kids that have to ride in it atleast 4 to 5 times a week that's not an option.

I agree I don't have kids, but as I get older A/C is a must for a daily driver. I'm in my 240 7-10 times a week and want to be able to stay cool, esp if I'm in Atlanta rush.

Ok, guys does this look right? I believe I'm running a F-body accessory setup with AC tensioner and pulley and it looks like the setup in the pic with 2 pulleys for the AC. The problem is the belt I picked up at Oriellys for 2001 Z28 seems to be 2 short to fit under both pulleys. I only tried for a few mins because it was so late tonight, but it's got me scratching my head. I guess I can take a look at it tomorrow too.

Now that I think about it, my compressor is from a 2004 GTO would this be causing me issues? Is that compressor wheel on the GTO larger than the F-body?

Nevermind guys. I ended up swapping out for a GTO belt and the new belt went right on. Now I just have a major pulley squeaking problem.

Ok, i've been dealing with some high IAT temps lately while tuning and I'm trying to get this handled. Well I haven't had any luck at all getting an air box built, but I'm thinking about picking up some exhaust wrap to help with the temps. Does anyone know anything about this seller and product? Also, do I just need the normal white wrap or would the black be better?

Seems like a really good price, but I would need to pick up some ties somewhere? Any ideas for a shopper on a budget?

Another option.
