Funny,I always thought that the WRX had exceptional performance stock but was a butt ugly car.Now you take a BETTER motor and stick it in that pig.Next time stick it in an AMC pacer.

Where did the tubular cross member, with the motor mounts come from?

what kind of muffler is on that thing? One of those cheap 3A racing ricer mufflers? Reason I ask, I've heard one on a 240SX and they really sound good on an LSX, almost like a Borla XR1!

I think these chevy swaps into imports is awesome, because the fact that you can just walk into an autozone and come out with tons of performance parts that work and last, and don't cost an arm and a leg........Unlike importing those pesky JDM parts.
