Default removing head to fix

I am going to have to remove the head to take it and have a broken header bolt removed and fixed. My question is do I have to use new head bolts when I put it back on, or are the was I took out ok? this is the first time they have been removed.

You should use new bolts... head bolts (most all bolts) stretch when they're torqued down. Stupid question... no way to get the bolt out w/o taking the head off... an easy out or something?

ok thanks, and i already tried an easy out and it broke in the bolt which the bolt is about 1/4" below the surface of the head so no to the whole welding or vise grip thing also
