only ran off the wasteate 6psi, i put the boost controller on there hit 15 psi for a second, pulled like a rape ape,.. adjusted back down to 6psi.i will have longer and better quality video's.. i never seen a turbo chevelle out on the street playing around on youtube or anything.. so im gonna make some video's, meth kit be here tommorow, its a "devils own meth kit"

15psi? Is this a stock motor? I would stay at lower psi. Did you get the wideband figured out? This thing should make some good power, but is gonna take some trial and error. I would be very conservative on the timing and watch the wideband making sure it doesnt run lean. Good luck and cant wait to see some numbers.

thanks.. and yes its stock short block with arp head bolts, 853 heads 3 angle valve job,ls6 cam, duel valve springs ,truck intake, 42lbs injectors.. when i put the bumper on it you could not tell its forced induction at all,i like that i didnt have the charge pipe sticking out of the hood,keeped it clean, no lope in idealing, quiet. pull up next too me and gone!!!! and hopefully 23mpg or more..

Hey man this is your cousin chip friend down in sarasota. I own a custom fab shop down here, even though we specialize in mostly imports i do have plans on turbocharging a few domestics. My bother also owns a 88 Audi quatro with a chevy 4.8 turbo setup in it.
Chip and i are willing to help you as much as possible. Just reorder the same pipes you ordered before and bring the car down. I will get her running as sweet as you want it and looking good as well.

the top pic you can see the alcohol injection kit installed, on right side.. devil's own alcohol injection kit..ran it with denatured alcohol from lowe's,,

yea that job thing,man i wished i made more money.. im working for my dad doing a/c work.. its slowed down this past 3 weeks, rainy weather,, im outa money to finish it.. i just need to tune it, pay a tuner to do it, .or buy a a/f guage and try to do it myself.. might be 2-3 weeks till its complety finished.. im still driving it in the mean time. easy on it..

I think I'm scrapping the Magnacharger on mine this winter, gonna go with a front mount BW S475 76mm.

What manifolds are you using?

got the bumper on,, the intercooler is not even.. gota adjust it..

got it all loaded up, ready for dyno tunign tommorrow.. i will let you kno the results.. i wanna push it to 16 psi.. but we'll see how it does,, keep pushing it till it runs out of injector or cant get rid of knock.. only pushing to 16psi since thats the max of the turbo.. results tommorow!!!!! pump gas with meth injection..
