I got a standard size afco racing radiator and had brackets welded on the side for mounting, hose sizes changed for the LS1, and a steam port and gauge port added to the tanks all for less than 3 bills (all work done at afco). The quality looks really good and the radiator is rated for 460 HP with good air flow (dual core).
BTW grooves12 check any material specification as there is almost always a value for thermal conductivity, not dissapation. Pure copper is a better thermal conductor than aluminum, but brass (which is what radiators are made from) is less. Just had to set the record straigth. Don't believe me, check matweb.com
