PCM does not read oil pressure.
I think the water is either a 12 or 14 mm by 1.5 pitch. Each head has a water port, passenger side it to the rear. Not sure on the oil pressure port.

You can buy this kit. Equus - Oil Pressure and Electronic Temp. Metric Adapter Kit (9848)
It has adapters that fit both the oil port at the rear of the intake and water port on the aft side of the passenger head. I think the temp gauge needs to be electronic because the mechanical style ones are to big for the adapter and port. I have read that here in another post. I used this kit to install autometer gauge set to the ls1.

The Equus fittings will work, but you must be VERY careful installing them, specifically the water temp fitting. (I've done installs in three cars, and three of them have broken; one by me, one by each person installing them in their cars) If Brando says the Autometer ones are more stout, I'd believe him, he's pretty familiar with Speedway's parts.

My buddies 68 C10 we just took the oil sender out of the motor and broke the sensor off and tapped the base for the 68 sender. Didn't cost anything. For water temp I took a 1/8" to 1/4" pipe adaptor and ran the metric die over it cost 50 cents. Then got a temp sender with 1/8" pipe thread that was as close to the 68 specs and added a couple resistors to make it accurate.

On the oil sender couldn't you tap the fitting on removable piece on the oil pan, on truck applications this pieces was a "blank" plug and let you tap whatever thread you need and they were interchangeable across oil pans.
On the water temp, you can buy one of these Flex a Lite radiator hose adapters and grab your steam line location and temp sender location in one shot.
