which oil pan for nova?
For the money your probly better off getting a truck or LH8 pan and the corresponding pickup for it mod'd too. Or just pick up the phone and order one from S&P like said before. In the end its probly way less screwing around. BRP LOVES that LH8 pan and thinks its the second coming or something. Its a nice pan, but the sump is DEEP.
What all parts do I need for a remote filter setup.
Does anyone know how much the champs cost?

question
are there any advantages to having a remote filter setup? it looks like it would just get in the way but Ive never used one
Access to the filter can he pretty good, depending on where you locate it. Gives you an opprotunity to run a cooler if you want, offers a place to put a oil pressure gauge, can even let you prime the engine easier.
Disadvantages can be you have a limited amount of space underhood, so finding a location for the filter can be hard. You have to plumb lines to it that dont rub or touch anything hot. This costs time and money, espcially if using AN stuff with braided hose. Using hose also makes the oil travel a further distance before it gets to the bearings from the pump, this is increased resistance in the line, and that is never good.
Use at a MINIMUM -10 stuff to ensure good flow, avoid shard bends in the hoses and fittings. -10 is expensive and adds up, consider the Autokraft one.
After seeing that Autokraft one, I wish I would have used that one because of the oil filter is located in the proper spot. Maybe one day Ill switch to it.

Ya, for the price, its actually pretty comparable with the Moroso and Milodon ones cuz the Autokraft one is a kit, and the others you have to piece things together. When you talk to Autokraft ask them about about bolts, the 2 back ones that you have will be too long, you will need like 1" long bolts.
Im kinda kicking myself now for not using that one.
Good luck with it.
just noticed your local- I'm in Lewisville 140 picked up!
