the two red wires actually both hook up onto one eye, these were previously hooked up to the starter, so you can say its just one wire. I cut one of the wires and the crancking stoped but the head lights wouldnt get no power. so im assuming one wire is for power at all times and the other is for the switch. But now I think that crancking is the least of my worries

. I just finished wiring my oil gauge and to my suprise the pressure would not go over 10 psi

. Its the stock gauge. Im hoping its the gauge and not the pump. I had just gotten a cam and some springs installed could this have anything to do with the low oil pressure. Ill try a new gauge, and go from their wich do you guys recomend, I was looking into the atometer sport comp gauges would these work with the oem sending unit. I guess if that doesnt work ill go to the pump. I was looking at the 01 ls1 pump from gm parts direct for 60 bucks would this work.
