Default Wiring Help

I have a harness from a 2003 LM7 that I'm converting to stand-alone.

I have two wires that I don't know where they go.

They are

On the C2 (green) connector to the PCM, Pin 33, blue wire

On the C1 (blue) connector to the PCM, Pin 42, green wire

The pin out I'm using says these are "not used", but they go to a single connector in my harness.

Anybody know?

They are the fan 1 and fan 2 control wires.
Blue 42 is fan 1

Yea, sound like the Fan Control Wires. What Pin out Diagram are you using?

I used the pinouts from this site-

http://www.lt1swap.com/2004vortec_pcm.htm

The fan control on my LS1 car (98) is the same color and location, but on the truck motor I have, it had a mechanical fan. I wonder if someone put a Nelson relay kit on it to run some electric fans at one time. Going to check Nelson's installation instructions and see if that's the pins he uses.

Yea in my '99 Harness and on the '02 PCM I have the Fan Wires are in the same places. You can probably have someone Tune it and copy a F-body Table into it with the set temps you want them to come on at, and then install some Fans in.

We can tune whatever temps you would like them to turn on and off at. I would recommend not turning on until about 12 degrees over thermostat temp since that is about how much temp difference there is in the system from the thermostat to the water out of the engine.
I can also get the PCM setup for E-85 use if you would like.

Nelson says that is the fan control pin #42. I must have a harness for an electric fan version of the LM7. Maybe the harness didn't come from the motor because the motor had a mechanical fan.
