Help me determine what year LM7 this is. I picked up a complete LM7. Was told it was from an 01 and had been sitting for a year. It is a DBW set-up so I start looking for TAC modules and pedals. Well I come across speartech's website and they show the TB I have is for 03+ trucks. Also my ECM connectors are green and blue indicating 03+. Block casting number just indicates 99+ iron block. Is there an actual date code on the block somewhere? The TB is stamped with an "03" but I don't know if thats the year or a shift code. I'm hoping it is an 03 maybe that'll make finding TAC's and pedal's easier. So am I right?
Edit: also forgot to mention that it has the regulator and return line on the intake fuel rails.

Thanks. I'm leaning toward 03 as I learn more about these engines. Also heard that the flex fuel engines got Denso 33# injectors and the gas got Delphi 28# injectors. Mine say Denso on them. Is there a way to confirm this? If it happens to be a flex fuel engine, is it still an LM7?
blue/green pcm is for sure 2003+
Look at the fuel rails, one line or two?
2003 was still supply/return fuel rail
2004 was return-less
flex fuel injectors are a square connector (rounded corners) 5.3L L59
non-flex fuel injectors are more rectangle in shape. 5.3L LM7

Thanks for the reply's. It's an 03. It has the return line on the intake fuel rail. I think it's flex fuel because somewhere I read that FF trucks had Denso injectors and gas had Delphi. Mine are Denso.
