water pump options?

I thought i heard someone on here say a truck 07 and up water pump neck is out of the center like an f body's......if not...can you purchase an f body water pump (what years) then put the truck pulley on and continue to use truck accessories....i dont want to change if i dont have to? Purchased the area 51 relocation bracket.....tryin to fit an lq4 under a factory 1970 elcamino hood....

Look through some of the recent threads about heating up the water pump outlet neck and twisting the outlet so it clears the intake.

The L92 wp at least is off center, and it appears it will clear the TB. I don't know if it's different from the 6.0 unit.

The L92/L76 truck pumps are at a 45* angle vs the earlier truck pumps.

Sorry but its a huge pic!!!
Heres the L92 and the pump is hard to see but you can make out the outlet

thats the water pump i have for my swap. i mocked it up and everything clears..
didnt get a pic of it but ive seen others with pics of it on here somewhere....

70cartruck, I've got the exact water pump pictured above for sale here if that's what you need: https://ls1tech.com/forums/lsx-parts...ls3-heads.html It's off of a 2008 LY6 truck motor with less than 2600 miles on it. If you're not familiar with them, the LY6 is the new LQ4 replacement engine, but it has factory L92 heads on it. Let me know if I can help you out.
