Default 98/99+engine and body harness

I'm piecing together parts to do a LS1 swap into my 95 Formula. I have a donor 98 car that has the complete body harness but no engine harness. Can i swap the body harness from the 98z into my car and use a 99+ engine harness and PCM?? I wanna just swap the entire harness over instead of cutting and splicing wires to make things easier. Is this possible??

Thanks in advance.

You really don't need to swap in the body Harness man..just re-pin the Engine Harness and you are good..it's not that much work and takes less time.

I would look for a 2002 PCM and any 1999-2002 Harness and tweak it to what you need. You are going to need a 1998 LS1 Temp Sensor and 3-wire Connector like the one on the TPS to make the Temp Gaige work if you are using a 1999-up Harness.

I was thinking about re-pining it but after reading the threads on here it just confused the hell out of me. In your thread do you have it done step-by-step? I havent looked at it in awhile.
