125 mph to the 1/8th tonight but chattered the tires down low so the et sucked at 6.0, going to try and sneak it into the 8s tomorrow at our local street car shootout.

Well after a lot of long hours and late nights I finally can officially say I have an 8 second street car!

First run of the day today was a 8.97@157 with a garbage 1.50 60 foot.

The half track was 5.84@125.5 LOL

Not only did it run an 8, but it MURDERED another goal I had for the car (150 mph in the 1/4 and 120 half track) I also always wanted a 5 in the 1/8th and it has done that a bunch of times now.

The best part was I drove it 45 minutes home .

STREET CARS FOR LIFE!!!!!!!

You are flying man. Rocking out the F/Z woot woot. Grats! Are you still tuning the car with EFI Live? What SD 2bar/3bar? Thank man. I'm doing a similar setup!

5.3 + big boost.

loosened the front shocks all the way and had rear shocks on 4, slowed down the boost controller a bit and got some new bests:

60 ft - 1.37,1.38
330 ft - 3.75
1/8 - 5.77

The car was twisting up pretty good but I didnt want to adjust the anti-roll bar anymore as it seemed to be working well as it was.I think it is finally starting to get somewhere on this little 275 with very basic ****.

Should have video soon.

Congrats on a awesome build! Those are some great times! I have the same goals for mine, but on 17" wheel. I'm willing to bet you get her going faster yet, you bursted into the 8s very soon after you got her together!

Ya it came around pretty fast, I just need more out of the 60 foot and I think the car should go pretty good.

I am going to a track rental tomorrow so hopefully it will work well!

1.37 is a very respectable 60ft time. I'd love to have my car hook like that!
