I was just linked this thread from another site, what did you use on your air/air intercooler? I'm doing a front mount (on a Mustang) but I don't want to see it.

My local powdercoat guy did it with some type of special coatingthat promotes better heat disipation... worked great for me!

crazy NEW build dude. just checked it out on yb.! impressive. so the Zephyr is still complete in your workshop?

No cream zephyr sits as a roller right now with the engine/turbo system sold, It will be getting a more mild powerplant and the new build will be more wild.
