Return fuel line help needed...

I have a 99 5.3 with the return fuel line rail. Also, there is a second line that runs to the front of the manifold that I don't know its purpose. I am planning on sticking with the truck manifold for my conversion. When setting up my fuel lines do I just run the fuel line from my tank to the fuel line and the return line back to the tank? Thanks

Yes, that will work. The third line goes to the evap purge valve, so unless you're trying to make it pass an emissions test you won't need it.
