I used them on my 1992 chevy truck using the stock motor mounts and they worked great.

Just talked to them on the phone today. Great guy to talk with. Ordered a pair of EZ mounts for my 72 build. Can't wait to get them in.

Got them in today. They look really nice. Water jet cut and tabs bent to form the mount rather than welded, very nice!! He said that it was a newer design cut and pressed from a single piece of metal. I see now what he meant. They look real nice and should work great. Now sitting with a pile of other parts waiting to go in as soon as my bodyman gets done with the body prep and paint.

I haven't decided yet. Options:
1) Have the existing truck pan cut and welded shorter
2) LS1 Pan
3) H3 pan
4) Holly pan

Got any thoughts on what would be best? I can't believe how expensive oil pans are. WOW!

I haven't dropped it in yet. Just took the subframe out 2 days ago. I'm going to clean it up, new Prothane suspension bushings kit, and KBS it (Gloss Black) while my bodyman is working on the body. Trans (TH350) is getting rebuilt this weekend. Twin turbos to come soon...

The sliders have plenty of room to work with a turbo setup, and using F-body pan will work just fine in most cases. The only issue is getting low mount alternator to fit.

Yeah, I heard I'm going to have to notch the frame to allow room. I'm ok with that. I'm far from "original" on this build, so no big deal.

I just used those same slider mounts to put my 347 in my 73 nova, worked great!
