I'm not sure if this is the right decision or not but I purchased Corvette LS1 rails from a 99 car with injectors. I bought this to use the vette filter and inline fuel pump, that's what others have recommended for ease of build. I guess I could have gone with the camaro rails and just ran two lines to the intake but I guess this is easier.

I have a Camaro LS1 fuel rail and 24 lb injectors that have been cleaned and balanced by RC Engineering. The injectors have not been used since being cleaned and balanced. I will sell all to you for $100 plus $10 for shipping. The RC cleaning and balance was $192 alone. PM me if interested.

Just my $.02.. Any rail that uses pipe threads instead of strait threads/o'ring fittings are cheapos.

Easiest is going to be a vette FPR and the returnless rails. The full return setup would be nice though.

Yup.. A bunch of local guys run them no issues. I got so pissed at them I gave them away to my buddy... He's going to weld the fittings in...

I have professional products on mine. They are the least expensive and they haven't leaked.

How much teflon paste or tape you have to use to get em sealed? Google those rails. Many people have had them leak and had their car catch on fire...

I run the FAST Billet rails and use them on almost everything I build. They are straight 3/4" thread with an o-ring, and never had any issues at all. With your inectors you would need FAST part #146032-KIT.

As far as return or returnless, I go from the pump to a corvette filter/regulator that returns to the tank that feeds a returnless line to the engine.

I use a thread sealant called Leak Lock. I use it on every pipe thread I encounter. Nothing leaks through that stuff. It's industrial grade stuff. I don't know where to buy it though. I have A friend that's a pipe fitter that I get it from.
