Default Delayed power on accelaeration with LS1 swaped S10

I have a strange issue with my swap, when the truck goes to wide open throttle it acts like an old school carb with a lazy secondary. The truck will move two or three truck lengths before it reaches 100% power. Anyone else experienced this?

Cable, and the throttle body is not binding in anyway. The TPS is working properly, and the trans is fine. I am confused as to what it could be, it acts almost like it has torque management in it, but it doesn't.
