Well, I finished doing a bit of tuning and wanted to check out the torque of the monster...sooo...what a better way than to do a burnout!
I had also been meaning to post some more pics of the conversion for anyone that was interested.
Its definitely a sleeper...

Well the car lost abotu 100lbs in the front because of the motor swap... The LS1/4L60E is 100lbs lighter than the stock setup. And i had also done quite a bit of weight reduction in the front as well. I am going to have to find a different spring setup to drop it a bit.

wow...I'd never guess to see an LS1 in one of the 300zx's. I always liked that body style though. Are you still allowed to call it an import or is it just known as a 300zx hybrid?

Yeah, i'd say its just a hybrid... It is a fun car...thats for sure! I love that thing! I cant wait until i get to tune it. Should be very nice on both the dyno and track.

Looks nice definitely a sleeper. Might want to do a little more with the intake. May I suggest this for your air inductionhttp://shop.airflowonline.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=AFSI&Category_C ode=EE . Here is a pic of mine.

Love the car, hate the cold air system. Go to any truck supply place and you can buy that 4" pipe and all the different turns you need. I'm probably in the same boat you are trying to get cold air. Not much room in the front and will have to go on top of the motor with a scoop or cowl box.
