Hook the tach up to that white wire and change the tach output to 3 in the PCM with HPTuners or EFILive 7. Done. You could use an external tach converter box too, but changing it in the pcm is easier.

My ECM has been reprogrammed by WAIT4ME PERFORMANCE, should he be able to change this setting?

He may have already changed that setting if he knew the PCM was being used in a conversion. I know he can change it because he is the one who first reprogrammed my PCM.
