LQ4 S10 Pinout help

LQ4 S10 Pinout help Help with a couple pinouts
I'm modifying my stock 2001 4.3 harness to run the 6.0 liter.
I have all the wiring figured out for my build except these 2-
Red connector pin 15
99 Silverado 5.3- (Brown wire) Gen T/O (starting/charging system)
2001 S10 4.3- (Red wire) Gen L (starting/charging system)
Red connector pin 52
99 Silverado 5.3 wiring- EMPTY PIN
2001 S10 4.3- (Grey wire) Gen F (starting/charging system)
What needs to be done to these 2 pins???????
