I cheated a little with mine, BUT I wanted it to look clean.

I will take some pics of it when I get home from work today. Very Clean and finished looking but effective.

what motor mount adapters did you use? were they the edelbrock ones or something different? Do you have a list or pin out for the connectors on what you used and didnt use? Are you using a stock style radiator with the the LS1 cooling fans? just curious as I am going with a very similar set-up in my 76 and I am looking for some advice from those that have already done the swap...

Finally got the engine installed and running. Needs a few finishing touches before first drive.

I still have the engine and transmission for the off chance that I would want to go back to stock. But it sure is nice to go out on a cold morning and just turn the key and have it come to life. I am kind of kicking myself for not going with the LQ4 instead but at the time the cost was way to high.

You're going to need 7.425" pushrods if using the stock rockers, and even longer ones if using aftermarket roller rockers.

Might be mistaking but I think Bronx/peanut used the truck W pump and alt brackets. And yours look similar yet looks like a car water pump with the coolant pipe coming straight out ?

Mine is a LS1 water pump with truck pulley, the truck outlet would come out right below the DBW TB actuator (you can see the boss in my pic). I actually used the truck accessory brackets, just cut down the alternator mount. His brackets look after-market or swapped over from another application.

I originally was going to use the truck style pulleys and brackets, but when i tried to close the hood I couldn't. Because the alternator was up to high. I ended up using the bracket system from kwik performance. www.kwikperf.com they were kind of pricey but well worth it.
