Default O2's not ready WTF!!!!

So i am trying to get my swap LS1 to pass emmisions and the only thing stoping me now is the cooling fan 1 control circuit malfunction code P0480 and the O2's are showing not ready. Does anybody have a wire schematic for a single fan setup and any answers on why the O2's dont want to heat up I have let the car idle for several minute and drove it a couple miles but nothing they still show not ready but they dont throw a code.

Wow, I didn't know you had to pass a smog test in Georgia. But, do you have power to the O2s? They have they're own power circut, might start there. As for the fan, what are you using for a fan? Electric powered off of the fan2 relay? If so, I would hook it to the fan1 as it would come on earlier and program the other one out.

yeah in metro ATL you have to have emmissions (BOOOOO) going to check for 12v tonight and see. As far as the fan it is a aftermarket Elec. fan from Summit. I had the fan #2 deleted so it will be hooked to fan 1 but i was just confused on the wiring for a single fan setup.

Adapting this from my 3rd gen diagrams, the C100 brown wire is fused 12v IGN. The rest is correct for any application

Thanks for the help. I believe the LS1 throws a ground to the relay if I am correct?

Yes, only the fuel pump and IGN relays are called by 12v switched
