4" connectors and clamps wont be in for a while. Till then, duct tape is king

Im still trying to figure out how to run the intake tubing. 4" is excessively huge and every little bump or stud catches it. Plus the upper rad hose is flat out in the way

Yeah, I'm kind of working through the same things myself. I got a 6' (or so) length of 4" dia. flexible aluminum ducting from Lowe's just so that I could test out how to route everything - and my conclusion is that it's going to be a PITA...

I didn't have any issues running my 4" intake tube over to the driver side fender area. The upper radiator hose touches a very very small part on the intake tubing, but the filter is picking so much cool air, and that combined with the speed that it is going through the tube, won't really allow the radiator hose to warm up the air. It was in the mid to high 40's today and I drove my car around literally for 4 hours and the IAT never went about 48*.

Drove in there

Goodbye LO3

Swap the pump

Drop the SBC

4th gen MAC mids are a no-no

And its in there

Fuel system

Prepping to build a new crossmember for better exhaust clearance. I can jack a house up with that thing

Whats up with this?

New crossmember and Y. 2.5 into 3" then LM1 catback

Sorting the cables and built a new steam line T. Upper rad hose is a 93-95 3.4L Fbody. Lower 90 F250 7.5L with a bunch trimmed off the ends

All done

Lots of room

Have you ran the booster wire yet?

You may still need to have the output changed in the PCM if the RPM value is wrong

2000 LM7 longblock $200
Fbody trim was almost 3x the engine cost

98 Fbody 4L60E

Original 2.73 open drum axle, eventually Ill pull the 3.23 posi disk axle from my GTA and slide under there, but itll be a ways down the road

A new oil pump solved the no oil pressure issue. Sewing machine is still going strong unfortunately. Ill readjust the valvetrain and dump some Lucas in. Beyond that, all I can do is run 'er till she blows. Im going to look for another 01 or newer longblock to put in. This time with a warranty

said it before, but very happy to see you've got a running setup now. really like the crossmember, seems to add a lot of exhaust real estate without giving anything up.

Sewing machine is gone, turns out the rocket bolts loosened up. One was so bad the rocker was smacking the PCV baffle

All is well, shes back to DD duty. Lots more power than the 305

Hey pocket. Great thread. I am getting everything together to drop a 6.0l, t-56 combo in my 85 iroc. I am wondering what you did for the radiator? Did you use the original radiator? I am asking because my radiator is leaking on the inlet tank. I have found a tank for it, but if i need to change the radiator, i will get a new one. The car has 34,000 miles on it. It does sit alot. Thanks for your help.
