WTT:msd 6012 for 6010

Hi I got a msd 6012 thats new in the box. I only opened it to look at it and found out that I bought the wrong one. Anybody what to trade a 6010 for it or I will sale if anybody is interested.

If you bought it retail you shouldn't have any trouble exchanging it. I had mine for over a year before I realized it was the wrong one.

I ordered it off the guy that did my motor. He said it shouldnt be no problem for him to send it back but when I sent it to him the post office put postal tape all over it. He said he called his supplier and they said they couldnt resale it with the way the box was. If I had just another white msd box I could trade it out for a 6010. Kinda crazy but thats what I was told. He said best thing to do is sale it or trade it.

may be you could get msd to ship you a new empty box. it might be worth a shot. at most they would say no. thats a lot of money to be out right now just because the post office put tape all over it.

yea I emailed them and asked about a new box. So hopefully they will send me one.
