cool fuse panel - where do you get this? Not sure where to post this...figured I'd post it here since a lot of conversions use this kinda stuff.
I found this on my buddy's 78 Camaro. He can't remember where he got it from. I like that it has a power source that's easy to see and an area for ground connections.
Does anyone have one of these or know who makes them? I know Painless makes some similar but they're a little pricey.

That one is nice and straight forward but looks a little too exposed for my likings.
Lots of places sell all sorts of fuse panels. summit, jegs, even local auto parts places carry stuff like that. I like the selection at this car stereo shop. they have stuff with gold plating, distribution blocks with every type of fuse imaginagble, and even under hood dist blocks with built in volt meters.

That may be a 'cool fuse panel' but why would you want to use such old technology? This would be like using a stereo with an 8-track player when you could have MP3. Use a modern fuse panel, you'll be glad you did. JMO

when i've pulled stock fuse panels from a junk yard i could never tell what wire powered it. all the wires look similar in gauge. you'd think the one power wire would be bigger but i could never tell.
