The Blue Lagoon - BMW e30 - LS1

yessir. Im hoping saturday is the day
Thanks!
Brakes
Here are the caliper brackets for the fronts
332mm rotor and hat bolted up
Part of the dust shield was rubbing the rotor, so i had to hack part of it off.
the caliper is pretty close to the wheel, so i added 3mm spacers on all 4 corners
Rears. 300mm - I had to grind down the mounting ears on the trailing arms to get the calipers to line up.
Thanks!

Yeah, prob not as good as JetHot, but its a hell of alot cheaper.
It weighed 2400 pre swap. Im gonna weigh it again once the car is finished.

Got some work done Yesterday. Spent mothers day at the shop instead of with my mom.
Anyway, Ive been worried about the rear end of my car being able to hold the torque of the LS1, so we did some reinforcing.
welded in some triangulated pieces to the diff mount
w/ diff bolted up
We also did some reinforcement from the top (trunk). We originally were going to setup the angled braces symmetrically. We decided it would make more sense to have them come down directly above the diff mount.
Im starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. This week we plan on pulling the harness and cleaning it up, and clearing room and mounting the monster radiator i got.
Also, Im having a custom driveshaft built. There is a good chance it will be here before the end of the week. Should be good to about 600 whp (not that ill get there, but dang )

The arm pit. El Paso
should be interesting. Traction will def be an issue.
For real? Smurf Blue e30?
you should show off your Battle Pony 240.
