Drive By Wire pedals Are the drive by wire accelerator pedals interchangeable, the one that I have from the truck i pulled it from 1500 HD doesn't fit in my car.

what kind of car are you working on?
the pedal that I got on my convertion didnt fit either... what I did is I cut the original cars pedal ,,, than cut the Newer car donor pedal very short , almost to the sensor,, I then welded the base of the newer pedal where the sensor goes, to the older original pedal ,, and I ended up with a new old original looking gas pedal....
