I am building this for a friend of mine and wanted to share the build. Truck originally had a tired old 350/350. It won't be a show truck as you can see, it is going to be a daily work horse. The engine my friend chose was a 2003 5.3L/4L60E out of a 2003 Tahoe 2WD. I will be using the stock harness and computer. I have stripped the harness of all emissions, a/c etc. I will also be using the stock under hood fuse block and keeping the drive by wire setup. Here are the pics..

Engine bay- Believe it or not it is clean. It was 100x worse, a little purple power and pressure washer got it cleaned up.
