c5 vette filter regulator question

Any one know what the pressure might be if the return line was restricted or blocked?

It would depend on HOW blocked it is. If it's totally blocked, it would be whatever your pump will push.

fuel reg. is on frame rail right behind right front tire,return line is connected to OE return line,which runs the length of the frame.I can blow thru it ,it takes a lot of blow and its low volume.Im getting 68LBs at idle,these vette regs should be 58lbs?

external walbro.

guess an easy test is to run return line from reg to gas can take reading.
