Emissions? What did GM use on cars/trucks for emissions? I never see it mentioned in the swap threads. Figured i'd ask...

Depends on what year and model your talking about.
GM has used many combinations of the following equipement:
Cat's
AIR pump systems
EGR Valve
Vapor purge valves
PCV system
(I'm sure I left something out)
so, much depends on year, model and GVW (for trucks).
There have been many threads on the subject of SMOG Laws, what and how to get around them and what is legal to remove or use in place of Smog equipement.
Try researching using "smog" and/or "Emissions".
