There is a 55 GMC in my backyard, crying out for any sort of LS motor plus a turbo, as I've always wanted to have a turbo on something.

I'd love to do an LS swap into an 80s Countach. I absolutely love the styling on those cars, but I've heard that the motors are fussy, expensive to maintain, and have no low end torque, and the transmissions make them a bitch to drive.

On that same note, I'd love to get an old 308 GTS or 328 Ferrari (Magnum PI style) and do an LS swap for the same reasons.

Ive already done a 98 Sonoma 6.0 mild cam 44lbs injectors. 500 hp 600 torque. NextI wanna do a 6.0 in my 01 grand am. but I need some info.... how is the 5.3 fwd bell housing designed. is it setup for a rwd tranny so that the 6.0 will bolt to the 5.3 fwd tranny?

The ls4 (5.3 fwd) has a bop bellhousing pattern the same as the 3.1, 3.4, 3.8, etc.

I think black & white is right on the money with the Aston and DeLorean. I don't think anyone has done a Delorean yet, and there is no car that can benefit more, with it's little Volvo V6 and heavy weight.

A low cost swap could be a Ferrari Daytona replica based on a 'vette like the miami vice car.
