Default VATS module

I am in the middle of swapping a 99 ls1 into a 93 camaro. I am trying to bypass the VATS system but can't find any info on where the VATS module is. I'm thinking the BCM but don't want to rip it apart until I know for sure. Could anyone help me out, specifically with the location of the VATS resistor? Thanks.

PCM looks for a signal from the Vats..it's that blue wire labeled Fuel Enable.

As long as you have it tuned out you will be fine, just ground that yellow/black stripe wire that's on the starter relay.
