You don't want this car. It's slow. I saw this car get taken out at the light by a stock EX civic the other day I would guess it's b/c of his 3.15 gearing.

I highly doubt that...

Well I spoke a little too soon. Since that post we have had 5+ inches of snow three times, concluding with around 10 inches of snow yesterday. The good news is that with a late season snow the temps are pretty warm so the roads are cleared pretty quickly around here.

I didn't get any pics during the latest storm, but here are some from the day after.

Well the car made it through it's third LS powered winter and it is not the worse for wear

I did collect a nice big chip on the rear bumper.

Looks pretty much the same as it did the day I bought it.

I did some routine maintenance over the winter (basically a new front suspension and steering parts and some odds and ends.

One of my ac lines had a very slow leak - it took 3 months for the leak to reveal itself so I made up a new line.

The car is back on its summer wheels, the winter floor mats are out and it is ready for the nicer weather

Very nice. Could you give some information on how you made you ac hoses?
This is one of the areas that I need to resolve with my swap.

Custom made out of 3/8" steel plate with lots of gussets - way overkill

People now make mount kits for both the 6 cylinder cars and the 8 cylinder cars.

You just need the parts and the crimping tool. The trickiest part os the LS1 specific valve for the pressure switch - there is a thread on here with the details from a few swaps ago

Time for AC performance check. Maybe not high performance, but definitely daily driver performance

Not the hottest day of the year, but it is upper 80's and high humidity today (Weather Bug says it is 89 with a 66 dew point and an air quality alert ), and I happened to have my thermometer with me so I decided to check out how my AC is doing, turns out it is doing pretty well

With the temp set to max AC it gets pretty cold....
