Default Loss of Fuel pressure after 5.3 to 6.0 swap in my Blazer

I had a 5.3L in 1970 Blazer and I swapped it out for 6.0. Prior to the swap I had great fuel pressure at the rail. Now I have no fuel at rail at all. I can hear the pump run for a few seconds when I turn the key. I pulled the fuel line on the outlet side of the corvette style fuel filter/regulator and have no flow? I have an intank pump designed for an LS motor.

Any suggestions as to how to diagnose what is going on?

The vibration hose (either corregated plastic or rubber) between the pump and the feed line may have burst or your pump has completely clogged/broken impeller. Last time my car did this it was a split isolation (vibration) hose. Fuel filter (if inline between pump and rail) may be plugged. I would try pulling the feed line and placing it in a bucket and turning the ign to on before you pull everything apart.
