70 nova headers I'm going to install a LS1 in my 70 nova and am looking for a good pair of headers that won't break the bank but fit nice and look good..... I know picky picky LOL I have looked at the eddy headers and they look nice what is everyone using. it will be a head and cam car making close to 600 crank hp

I have read pretty much all of those....... I guess a better way of asking the question would be Is everyone happy with what they have for headers and would you buy the same ones again if not what do you have and what would you get?

I've read good things about Edelbrocks swap headers. Cast iron manifolds are cheap if you can find a set that fit. I'm currently using SW headers, had to dent tube next to pitman arm to fit.
my American Racing headers are very nicely made, though probably a tad more than you'd like to spend ($1g). I'm not a fan of the O2 bung locations (pointing inward), which interfere with the 4L80e pan. And my passenger side inner tie rod end zerk fitting hits one of the primaries at full lock.

I used big block chevy headers for my application and cut the flanges off, then modified the tubes to fit LS flanges.
Cost me $129 for the brand new flowtech BBC headers + the price of the LS flanges. Fit is super!

Verdad Gallardo And forgot to mention, but noteworthy. After the headers, I got Hedman ball-flange collectors with O2 bungs already in place and put them at the start of my header-back/x-pipe system I built.
I used a ball socket pipe from heartthrob exhaust on the end of each header for a leak-free ball flange joint at the collector.
