Carb Manifold EFI/Gen IV Repower I'm getting the bug to repower my 1st Gen Camaro and I'm looking closely at
L92, L99, LS3 donors. I have a nice Gen 1 406 installed now and a slick cowl induction set up that I like alot ... thinking i'd like to salvage that system. So...I'm interested in anyone who has run the carb intake/efi setup with a 4barrel throttle body..on the street, looking for inputs on driveability.. this car is a weekend toy only...i beat on it occasionally but i'm only looking in the 400rwhp range so a mild tune, small cam and headers should do the trick.
Is there any Throttle body that is better than another for this? anyone using the TB's from Gen2 big blocks with the injectors removed??
