Question E-Rod Program

I was reading the newest issue of Hot Rod Mag.

It seems that GM will be offering a emissions legal kit based on the 430 HP LS3 to swap into Pre-OBII cars, the kit lists for $9K.

Looks like a way to do an emmissions legal swap into a Fox Body Mustang(ala The Orphan),Mitsu Starion/Chrysler Conquest,1982-1992 Camaro.

What do Ya'll think?

It's already available, and its on the cover of the 2010 GMPP catalog.

The difference from the regular LS3 crate engine is the addition of two catalytic converters, rear O2 sensors, and a vapor canister.

Actually, there is a lot more in the E-Rod package than you listed.
