Tried search, need help
Hey everyone I am trying to find out if this is an LS1 or LS6 cam? I am trying to clear some stuff out on ebay and want to make sure it is listed right. The mileage was marked down but not what motor. Thanks for your help.
The numbers on the end are:
1721
s 11
3150

Found this..http://www.torquecentral.com/archive...hp/t-6054.html
Also, while reading about LS6 cam specs, I found that there are a couple of different LS6 cam designs.

Here's a listing on ebay..

Listing is for an LS1 cam #1721 & doesn't have the complete set of numbers. This looks like it might be like yours. You can always ask him for all of the numbers.

and the winner is...Vin, it seems like you have an 04 C5 Vette cam according to this...

If you go by this explanation, then your cam is an off-shoot of the LS1 based engine.
