no never had them flipped with cab on but a lil cutting and welding is no problem i also have a hydro boost in the shed that i didnt use on last build that i may but on

got intercooler pipeing in
got other side of bed primed and back
primed underside of cab and the back of it
started redoing wiring harness
removed wires not needed was alot
extra pins removed from ecm
how it looks now every wire in harness will be made longer or shorter to route wires where i want them
still have some body work to do on bed but easier to see when its one color

got new injectors in along with new pigtails for them and turned them to inside to clean up the wiring because coil packs will not be on valve covers and alt,throttle body wiring will be under intake
started to fit hydro boost only had to dril couple holes and will have to extend the rod that connects to brake pedal
started to rattle can firewall but ran out of paint

finished up firewall and painted back of cab and front of bed with rattle can so when new mounts come in i can put cab back on. paint is valspar low gloss black tractor paint from tractor supply back of cab still wet so looks more glossy than it is

it been a while had lots going on and no time to do stuff to truck but did finally get the cab on, front fenders and hood mocked up to get idea of what its going to look like. this is sitting at ride height

got some exhaust work done last couple days cut and welded stock manifolds they are cast but didn't heat or anything and welded good with no cracks now i just need to get some bends to finish it up then take the time to smooth everything out before i have them coated

Nice project! I am working on one right now also....
its not a specific year but will be titled a 69.....
I am going to do a turbo 5.3 and 4l80e.... doing ALOT of body work right now, my least favorite part lol.

thanks just wish i had more time & money to work on it. few more pics from this morning. got intercooler in just need to finish top mounts. had to see how it would look behind the grill that will eventually be black
