looking for a v6 to v8 swap thread tried seaching but no luck finding a good thread on converting a V6 camaro to a V8.
I am helping a friend swap a 00 V6 camaro to a V8 using a 99 Camaro donor.
what parts need to be swaped?
K-mrember is the same.
Need to upgrade the fuel pump.
change AC and heater core
Do I need to swap instrument clusters and front wiring harness????
Any help is gratly appreciated.

If the 99 is not to trashed in the front, why not just swap the entire k-member/motor/trans as one unit? It comes out and reinstalls easier that way anyway. I'd think any useable parts from the 99 would be a pretty straight forward swap over.
