What was your first LSx swap?

My first swap was an LS1 out of a '98 Camaro, into a REALLY ragged out '72 Nova back in the late summer of 2000. It was my test car, drove it all that winter, then swapped it into my '71 in my avatar/sig in the spring of 2001. It was alot harder to do back then, not many people had done it yet, and I had to fab everything myself. Today with the aftermarket and sites like this one, you've pretty much got it made. I've done more LS swaps than any other engine type, I'll never go back to the earlier engines unless I'm restoring a car back to original.

My first is looking to by my 95 240. So far my only regret is not having a big enough work space. I did a ton of research for the better part of a year before I started buying parts.
