lt1swap has a wealth of info. It's mostly just wiring into the brake lights and clutch/brake pedal so it knows when to disengage. Then splice the other ones into your cuise switch. Not too hard, but time consuming. If you have any questions about it just email the guy that runs lt1swap and he usually gets back to me in a couple of days.

The rumor is yes, but other than a RHD guy I seen with a set it's hard to find a lot of info. I will be finding out here in a month or so lol, and will post pics of my build to let everyone know.

Ok, my PCM is on it's way back from vengeance racing in Atlanta. The tuner there Mike is pretty knowledgable and friendly to work with. Here's the partial list of what was done:

Vats Deleted
Fans set at 163 stage 1 and 173 stage 2 electric
Codes Deleted A BUNCH all Trans codes included
Diag A BUNCH of stuff changed for TB, Trans, Speedo, ECT table ect….
Maf set to come on at 400rpm
Deleted rear o2's
Maf table left alone for now
Injectors set to 42psi
Idle raised to 850rpm
Idle air and timing raised
Base Spark left alone for now you run 87 gas
Start Up airflow changed
WOT fuel set to 12.0 but will need to verified once Maf is calibrated
PE table set no delays and more Ramp In and Ramp out

It was $225 to get done, but this comes off of my dyno bill once I bring the car in for the final tune. So, I'm looking at $590 total for my tune with unlimited fine tuning for 12mo after the initial tune.

Ah mounts are made I just haven't taken a pic of them yet... I'm not super happy with the weld shop, but they should work.

They didn't have any 1x2 tube, just 1x1 and instead of taking 2 1x1 pieces the right hieght and welding them at the seam and top and bottom they took a 1x1 and layed it down and put a chunk of metal to space it up... I told them how I wanted it and they did what they wanted I might get another set built right later.

Well, I hit a bump in the road today. Turns out Otto's mounts hit the exhaust flange on the c6 manifolds. I looked and it's not a major interference, and I might be able to clear them by changing the design just a little bit. So, I might be having a set of v1 mounts up for sale here soon. I'm just waiting to hear back from Otto on what he thinks about the modification idea. One of the arms needs to be more cresent shaped to clear the flange or I need to go with sikky or daft style mounts or headers.

Here's a pic of what I hope will give plenty of clearance for the manifold. I still have to test fit it, and I should have pics of the issue posted later after I do the test fit.

Here's a few more pics of the mounts reworked and mocked up in cardboard lol. I have a different shop my friend reccomended to me that should be able to do this. This new design if it clears the exhuast flange will be more of a variation of Otto's V2 mounts.

Ok, turns out the passenger side has PLENTY of clearance. The driverside is the only that bumps into the flange. The clamshell actually clears by like 2 millimeters.

Passsenger side, should have got one from the side there's plenty of room the flange sets infront of the mount.

i had the same exact issue with a custom set i made using the truck mounts welded to my frame. Had to cut a shitload off to make the c6 mani's fit. Now im not using the mani's anymore and building custom headers. Go figure.

Yeah eventually I would like custom headers, but until I can afford them I will just rework that one mount! lol

Have you tried bleeding the system with the vacuum pump? I hear lots of people having a problem getting a good bleed on the slave and master.

Yeah, the mount welding sucked it was def. monkey fucked. I was more worried about not getting them backed if I bitched lol. I have a different place that does all sorts of custom fabrication that will do my new mounts.
