First, all the headers I have seen have the front o2 bungs (off road pipes just don't have the rear o2 sensor bungs), but assuming yours don't.
You cant do anything with ls1-edit. You could wire the rear o2 sensors into the front locations. Of course, you would probably get slow response codes and heater codes because the o2 sensors are too far back.
