Injector lengths?

Injector lengths? Is it just me, or are the '01 LM7 injectors too short for an '00 LS1?
The LM7 has the plastic fuel rails, while the LS1 rails are all steel.
If I need to buy longer injectors, what's the cheapest option that won't require any custom tuning?
I'm at 4500' elevation, so I'm looking at maybe 260 HP at the flexplate.

You can use the truck injectors if you take the plastic tip off. No, the LS1 rails wont reach the truck injectors on an LS1 manifold.
You can use the truck rails. Or you can use aftermarket billet rails, about $100 on ebay. Another possibility is to modify the crossover tube on the stainless, returnless, flexfuel truck rails to make it lower profile.
If you can find someone to make a 1/2" bead flare (probably an AC shop), you could even make your own crossover tube with 2 LM7 plastic passenger side rails to make a reurnless setup.
