Only place to mount the relays and fuse away from allot of heat.
anyone know what this plug is, 1 on each side
This 1 is near the starter
over tightened it or it was stressed already
I ran the alternator wire (size 1) same to the starter

I installed the fuel line twice because the stainless steel rubber stunk up the garage really bad with gas fumes. i called summit and they sent me 40 feet of Teflon line and fittings for free, all I had to do was put the stainless rubber ones (cut up) in the same box and send them back.
Yes it was a pain to do it twice (5 hours to remove and install) but I pressurized the new lines and got no smell.

OH HAPPY DAY
I started the motor for the first time in over a year, ran it for 30 seconds because I know it would gas me out of the garage
Can't wait to finish this thing and put it in the hands of slowhawk performance.
By the way I cheated and brote all the wires (with fuse) to the battery terminal just to crank it. now I have to wire the fuse block, and extend the wire from the pcm and fans.
Still thinking about putting the computer inside the car, for the clean engine bay look.

Mount on the passenger side below the grove box.
I removed the windshield to repair the metal under the molding / seal, it was a major leak waiting to happen.

you've done your homework and it shows! I've got a 62 catalina I'm doing and want to go disks. All i've found is scarebird kit that uses 77 grandville rotors,69 grand prix calipers and have to use their bearing spacers. I was curious as to what lug pattern your front rotors/ hubs worked out to be? are those the 68 hubs and did you use stock 68 bearings or did you have to interchange? Sorry for all the question but you're the only one I've found doing this sort of thing with a pontiac. We're few and far between or just crazy Any input is greatly appreciated! Miles

Are those the 68 hubs and did you use stock 68 bearings? I started the front brake upgrade using C3 spindles and hubs (which are large than the 1968 parts), the C3 spindle has a large bearing.
z51 13.5 rotors and C5 brake calipers. I plan on installing a hydroboost master.

Well it's being a long heart breaking 6 months,I dealt with watching 1 of my of my brothers suffer and die from cancer, I held his hand while he took his last breath. I couldn't bring myself to work on it. So tomorrow I'll pull my head out of the sorrow pit and start back working on it. Many times I entered the garage and did nothing but fiddle with nothing.

Wow, last post was 8/25/13
Yesterday Mr. Kinder took pity on me, I had it towed to his shop for brakes, duel exhaust and drive train. It will be great to have it moving. Thanks for the motivation everyone in New England area must visit slowhawk performance in bridgewater.

Sorry about the loss man.
Those wheels look good.
How is the MaxJax holding up?
I had mine installed for 3 months while I worked on the Vette's motor - it helped out in too many ways to list - probably the best tool I have ever bought.
