The th350c doesnt have overdrive. It utilizes a lock up converter.

x2, th350 & th350c are both 3 speed transmissions, without overdrive

UPDATE....got my f-body pan in today brand new it ran me 230.00 with every thing even the gasket.still havent sent my ls2 heads off yet to get milled down.found a well known shop to do em up milled down 0.30 and a valve job for 160.00.so a little crossmember modding this week end and she should have a new heart

Everything is ready just waiting on my slow *** builder to finish my shortblock and mill the heads..been waiting for over a month for my motor...

ok....still waiting on my engine ..but i came across a free 5.3 so i tore it down and used the block and a th350 shell to mock up the engine and drivetrain..everything went right inplace so here are a few pics of the mock up with the f body oilpan and 1in set back mounts with the engine crossmember notched out.....
