LS1 swapped, car won't turn off now.
Been trying to wrap my mind around other various electrical gremlins at the moment, and this is the last one on the list, and my mind is a bit burnt out.
The car turns on and everything functions just fine. However, the car will not turn off with the key in the off position. All of the in car accessories, etc, will shut off with it in the off position.
So issue is, the fuel pump is constantly priming/pumping regardless of the key position in the car or not, and the car won't shut off once turned on.
Any suggestions? My first thought would be a switched power wire is attached to a constant power wire, but it seems like I have this wired up correctly.

Remove both your constant and key power connections, try different ones and see if that remedies it. That way if you remove them and it stays powered, then maybe your starter connection is firing everything? Are you using a harness you made yourself or a vendor harness?

Unplug the PCM and test the IGN, batt and INJ 1/2 fuse wires

Found the issue. One of the factory (BMW) PCM relays had two 12v constant wires. Snipped the one that wasn't constant originally for the LS1 and wired it up as a switched on 12v wire, and now everything functions as normal.

I just noticed that the fuel pump is constantly priming/pumping with the key in the 2nd accessory position. With the key in the 1st accessory position the pump is not on, so that's fine. Not sure if this is normal or going to be any issue later on down the road.

Yep, that's how I have it wired. I have it wired to the green/white on the C connector instead of the wire coming off of the PCM directly. I am assuming that should be ok.
