Yea, the work under the hood looks great. I like the wire wheels but they seems to clash with the scoop... but that's just my opinion. At least you're driving it and enjoying it, and not still working on it!!

I bet it's a blast to drive!

love the car but that scoop is ridiculous & takes so much away from that car & what was wrong with the wheels that belong on it? i would take the supercharger off & run a stock hood before id drive it with that crap on the hood, the wheels i could deal with. congrats either way/its still savable.

That thing needs a bowtie on the front of it to match that scoop

I love the wheels. Its not an F body, they remind me of the old XKE's I think the work with the car.

IMO the car loses every bit of cool it got from the motor swap because of that damn hood. I'd rather drive around with no hood

Nice Ride. I have an 97 XK8 and would to do something similiar as well. How many hours did it take for the LS3 swap and how much did it cost?

I kinda like the wheels. The hood looks "different" but people aren't going to laugh at it very long when the car leaves them in the dust.
But I have to admit it doesn't really go very well with the elegant lines of the car. I understand it wasn<t really an option

Nice swap though and hopefully you enjoy the car instead of reading our criticism!

Default Xk8 - ls3

Sent a guy with a brand new BASE Vette home the other night. He was probably mumbling to himself about spending 50K or so and losing to an "old" Jaguar with an ugly hood. 30mph roll - he started the game and I finished it.
No contest. HeeHee.

LOL, leave the hood scoop and find the most annoying
rear spoiler or something

This way when you beat them
they will feel that much more shittyier.
